tbhili Terms & Conditions - Legal Agreement for Philippine Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and tbhili ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the tbhili online casino and sports betting platform, including the website located at tbhili.cam and any associated mobile applications, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

• All information provided during registration is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• You are registering an account in your own name and for your own personal use only.
• You will not create multiple accounts or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You will complete any identity verification procedures requested by tbhili, including providing government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other documentation reasonably required to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify tbhili of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

tbhili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You agree that:

• All funds deposited to your account are from legitimate sources and are your own property.
• Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of technical error or as otherwise required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TBHILI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY, "TBHILI PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or servers are free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of the tbhili Parties arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

tbhili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any other applicable policy.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification procedures.
• Request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Extended period of account inactivity.
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players.

Upon account termination, you forfeit any remaining bonuses and associated winnings. Genuine deposits and eligible winnings from completed wagering will be returned to you following deduction of any amounts owed to tbhili, subject to completion of verification procedures and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to withhold funds in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these Terms pending completion of investigation.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through our customer support channels. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated through PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures as applicable to licensed gaming operators.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
