About tbhili - The Philippines' Most Trusted Online Casino Platform
Discover the story behind tbhili, the premier gaming destination serving over 250,000 Filipino players with PAGCOR-licensed fairness, lightning-fast GCash payouts, and world-class entertainment since our founding.
Our Story
tbhili was born from a simple but powerful vision: to create an online gaming platform that Filipino players could genuinely trust, enjoy, and rely on for fair play, secure transactions, and exceptional entertainment. Founded by a team of gaming industry veterans and technology experts who understood the unique needs of the Philippine market, tbhili set out to solve the problems that had long plagued Filipino online casino enthusiasts - slow payouts, questionable game fairness, poor customer support, and platforms that felt designed for foreign markets rather than local players.
From day one, we committed to building something different. While other platforms treated the Philippines as just another market, tbhili was designed from the ground up specifically for Filipino players. We integrated GCash and PayMaya before they became industry standard. We hired Filipino customer support agents fluent in both English and Tagalog. We partnered with game providers to offer peso-denominated betting limits that made sense for local bankrolls. We obtained full PAGCOR licensing and submitted to regular audits to prove our games were legitimately fair. Every decision was made with one question in mind: what would Filipino players want and need?
Today, tbhili proudly serves over 250,000 active players from Manila to Mindanao, processing millions of pesos in deposits and withdrawals every single day. Our platform hosts thousands of premium casino games from the world's leading providers, live dealer tables with professional Filipino hosts, comprehensive sports betting covering everything from PBA and NBA to international football and UFC, and exclusive promotions designed specifically for the Philippine gaming community. But beyond the numbers and the games, what we're most proud of is the trust we've earned from Filipino players who choose tbhili not just for entertainment, but because they know their money is safe, their gameplay is fair, and their experience matters to us.

What Makes tbhili Different
Built for Filipino Players
While many online casinos operate in the Philippines, few are actually built FOR Filipino players. tbhili is different. Every aspect of our platform - from payment methods to customer support, from game selection to promotional timing - is designed with the Philippine market in mind.
We don't just accept GCash; we pioneered instant GCash deposits and sub-hour withdrawals when other platforms were still making players wait days. We don't just offer customer support; we staff our support team entirely with Filipino agents who understand local gaming culture and speak both English and Tagalog fluently. We don't just list international sports; we give equal prominence to PBA, Filipino boxing champions, and local sporting events that matter to our players.
PAGCOR Licensed & Regulated
tbhili operates under full PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) licensing, submitting to regular audits and compliance checks that verify our games are fair, our player funds are protected, and our operations meet the highest standards set by Philippine gaming regulators. This isn't just a formality - it's a legally binding commitment to operate with transparency and integrity.
Our PAGCOR license means independent auditors regularly test our Random Number Generators to ensure game outcomes are truly random and not manipulated in the house's favor. It means our player funds are held in segregated accounts protected even in the unlikely event of company financial difficulties. It means we're subject to strict advertising standards that prevent misleading claims. When you play at tbhili, you're not just trusting our word - you're protected by Philippine law.
Lightning-Fast Payouts
We understand that when you win, you want access to your money immediately - not in three days, not tomorrow, but now. That's why tbhili has invested heavily in payment processing infrastructure that delivers industry-leading payout speeds. Our average GCash withdrawal time is just 30 minutes from approval to funds in your wallet. Bank transfers process within 2-4 hours during banking hours. Even during peak withdrawal periods, we maintain fast processing because we've built systems specifically designed to handle high transaction volumes.
